2 x 800
I was foiled yet again by the Rainier football team - they had a JV game that was not on their posted schedule. So after a diversion to Yelm HS track I was able to run 2 x 800m. Slow but steady improvement.
The end of July 2009 I lost my right leg from the knee down due to a mistake I made while driving my motorcycle. At the beginning of May 2010 I got my 'final' prosthetic with a running foot. I ran the 3200m in high school, and various distances at the college level, this is the story of my return to distance running. I may throw in an ocassional techno-snippet as well.
